Air Cdre M Al- Ameen Talukder (Retd.) was commissioned in Bangladesh Air Force (BAF), in Administrative Branch in 29th December, 1982 and retired in 28th August, 2019 after Serving 37 Years in Human Resource Management (HRM) and General Administration in BAF. He planned and maintained equitable Human Resources to all Departments/Bases. He worked in overseeing detection and prevention of crimes, investigation of accident or offences committed, security and fire safety of BAF Bases. He served as CEO, Susuka Knit Ltd, Ashulia, Dhaka. He received Master of Mil Science Strategic Studies from International College of Defenses Studies (ICDS) Beijing, PLA, China and M.Phil. from Bangladesh University of Professional (BUP)
